People spend most of their adult years at work.
I
think it is of crucial importance to human growth and
quality of life for them to find fulfillment in their
involvement with their job. This is even more true in
the case of work in the information industry, where
the people engaged in it must be creators themselves,
anticipate the concerns of the times, and constantly
challenge the possibilities.
As this implies, only when there is a good match between
the job and the person can companies expect to breed
enthusiasm.
